Faculty Performance Evaluations
LSU Health - New Orleans is committed to a culture of employee success, continuous improvement, and ongoing performance feedback. A critical component of these goals is the completion of our annual performance evaluation and success planning process.
- Performance Planning: October 1, 2026 – November 1, 2026
- Self-Evaluations: November 1, 2026 – January 8, 2027
- Supervisor Evaluations: January 9, 2027 – March 1, 2027
- Performance Planning: January 9, 2027 – March 1, 2027
We are offering several Faculty Performance Planning training sessions in October to help faculty and supervisors prepare for the upcoming planning process.
Additional training and support will be available for Faculty Self-Evaluations and Evaluations in November and December. More information, including dates and registration details, will be shared soon.
